C-isms Part VI

Can we bring a toilet on our trip?

On May 27th I learnt a new language. Chinese.

Look at the state quarters in Daddy’s quarter book – they’re in yearical order!

(As we looked at old black and white photographs), Mommy, if you were born a long time ago, would you be black and white?

Daddy, are you usually diurnal?

Perhaps C is the next E.E.Cummings or Lewis Carrol! He’s quite the frabjous boy!

    A whole language in a day? Wow. He’s definitely a genius! 😉
Oh, and I LOVE the “yearical” order. How cool that he came up with that. Love it!

He also knows Italian, Spanish, and French. I like his reasoning though, because apparently you only have to know a few words to be fluent. 😉 There’s this new cartoon on that’s like Dora only a Chinese girl is the star, and she teaches a few words per episode. So thus he learned Chinese in a single sitting! LOL! “Yearical” is a similar word to “numbercal.” Also “lettercal” fits in there too.

Ok…I totally get the black and white thing. When I read about Eastern Europe during communisim, I see their world only being black and white!

I love C-isms. They always make me smile:)

It’s quite logical that one would think this way. It’s hard to think of the “old days” without thinking in black and white. C-isms make me smile too!

    I LOVE Yearical. 🙂

It amazes me how the young mind works at times, so literal in many ways, yet they stumble upon things we have long forgotten or no longer take delight in.

Thanks for sharing C with us, he is such a delight!

Their brains are truly incredible, autism or not. I’m constantly amazed at how his brain works. Never a dull moment! 🙂

And stop by to enter to win some nifty back to school supplies!
